GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION Conduct individual, couples, family and/or group counseling sessions Assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of mental health concerns Formulate client-centered and solution focused treatment plans Educate and provide resources to clients in accordance to their needs Maintain clinical records and documentation in a timely manner Keep client's information confidential Engage with client's in a professional and respectful manner Make referrals and reports to the appropriate community agencies and regulatory bodies as indicated by the circumstances Agree to the duties as outlined by the Independent Contractor Agreement and HIPPA laws QUALIFICATIONS Have a Master’s or Doctorate Degree in a mental health field from an accredited university Possess and maintain a current license to practice psychotherapy in Texas Have a minimum of two years’ experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and/or Licensed Psychologist Must have moderate level computer literacy skills Must provide three professional letters of recommendation Must successfully pass a criminal background check Must successfully pass a drug test including random drug testing during the time of the contract. COMPENSATION As compensation for his/her services pursuant to the Independent Contractor Agreement, Deep Dive Individual & Family Counseling Services, PLLC shall pay the contactor 60% of reimbursements from services rendered by the contractor. Upon completing services as a Contractor for Deep Dive Individual & Family Counseling Services, PLLC for one year according to the Independent Contractor Agreement and having a successful evaluation by the Deep Dive Counseling owner, the Contractor may be eligible for an increase in compensation of 1.5% upon renewing his/her annual Independent Contractor Agreement. Total compensation is capped at 75% of reimbursements for an Independent Contractor with Deep Dive Individual & Family Counseling Services, PLLC.
