Private Pay Rates
Individual Initial Intake Assessment-$135/ 55-minute session
Individual Therapy Session- $115/ 55-minute session
Couple’s Initial Intake Assessment- $150/ 55-minute session
Couple’s Therapy Session- $135/ 55-minute session
Family Therapy Initial Intake Assessment- $160/ 55-minute session (maximum of 5 participants)
Family Therapy Session- $145/ 55-minute session (maximum of 5 participants)
Deep Dive Pre-Paid Packages
Depending on how deep you are ready to dive, the following Deep Dive Pre-Paid Packages can be purchased following the completion of the initial intake assessment:
Pond Packages- Bring your emotional swimwear because you’re definitely going to get wet!
Lake Packages- Pack your psychological life vest, so you can be safe and comfortable as you delve into these sometimes murky waters.
Ocean Packages- Put on all your mental scuba gear, since you will truly be going deep and exploring all the sacred and untouched areas of your life and family.
Individual Therapy Sessions- 55 minutes
Pond Package- 4 sessions $85/session ($340 Total)
Lake Package- 8 sessions $80/session ($640 Total)
Ocean Package- 12 sessions $75/session ($900 Total)
Couple’s Therapy Sessions- 55 minutes
Pond Package- 4 sessions $110/session ($440 Total)
Lake Package- 8 sessions $105/session ($840 Total)
Ocean Package- 12 sessions $100/session ($1200 Total)
Family Therapy Sessions- 55 minutes (maximum of 5 participants)

Insurance
Based on your current health insurance provider or employee benefits plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your insurance provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.
We recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
- Will I have to pay a co-pay or co-insurance for my counseling sessions?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
- Can I be reimbursed for paying privately for psychotherapy services?

Payment
Acceptable forms of payment are cash, money orders, Health Savings Accounts (HSA), Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), and all major debit and credit cards. Cancellation Policy
Please provide notification 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Psychotherapy is a fee-for-service (FFS) payment structure in which providers are paid fees for each separate service they provide. Insurance companies cannot be billed, and will not pay, for missed, late, or cancelled appointments. Because therapy appointment slots are reserved especially for you and/or your family, without exception a fee of $75 will be charged for missed/no show appointments and canceled appointments that are not provided within the allotted 48 hours (2 days). The missed/canceled appointment fee of $75 must be paid prior to scheduling the next session. Additionally, canceling appointments prior to the 48 hour period is courteous and provides an opportunity for clients who may be on the waiting list to receive needed services.
